# UX Research Agencies

> Explore UX research agencies and product teams by their research practice, relevant project sources, and questions still to verify. This is an editorial candidate list, not a verified performance ranking or recommendation. Source records are first-pass leads.

## How to assess ux research work

When comparing UX research partners, look for the study question, participant context, recruitment approach, methods, and how findings informed a product decision. A methods list without project context is not enough to judge whether the work fits your audience or constraints.

### Questions for the brief

- What decision was the study meant to inform?
- Who took part, how were they recruited, and who was missing?
- Which methods fit the question and the product stage?
- How did findings change a roadmap, service, or interface?

### Evidence to compare

Look for a project account that explains the research question, participant context, method, and route from observation to decision. When sensitive work limits public detail, ask the agency to explain its approach in a confidential walkthrough and identify what can be shared safely.

### Common evidence gap

A list of methods or a “research-led” claim does not establish study quality. The project context, recruitment limits, analysis, and effect on a decision matter more than the number of methods named.
